Meg Crowley

Meg graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University in 2016 and completed her advanced certificate in manual therapy in 2019. She is certified in dry needling. Her approach to physical therapy is to not only help the patient when they are physically in the clinic, but also provide them with the tools and education needed to get better and stay better long after they have been discharged. Meg is a former collegiate gymnast, and when not at work enjoys salsa dancing, traveling, and finding new places to eat in the city.

Sally Fansler

Sally has extensive clinical expertise - treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries, postural dysfunctions and overuse syndromes in Chicago for more than 30 years. She has a special interest in manual therapy, sports medicine, and lower extremity biomechanics. She has attended numerous continuing education courses to advance her knowledge base and displays an obvious passion for the physical therapy profession. Sally is invested in each patient she treats striving to achieve their goals and make a positive experience at Lakeshore PT.

Julia Glick

Julia is passionate about empowering her patients through corrective exercise and manual techniques in order to help them return to what they love doing. She strives to educate each patient to achieve his or her optimal benefit from physical therapy and to progress independently once the PT journey is completed. Julia received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University. She played Ultimate Frisbee and loves to collaborate with a variety of athletes on their recovery.

Constance Karwandyar

Constance is from Nashville but now considers Chicago home. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University in 2014 and achieved her designation of orthopedic certified specialist in 2017. She feels passionate about empowering her patients with the right knowledge and tools so they may actively participate in their recovery process along the way. Constance values relationships and enjoys getting to know each of her patients personally and create a unique program tailored to their personal goals. As a previous collegiate lacrosse player, she also has a strong interest in return to play rehab and overall injury prevention.

Lauren Sweeney

Office Manager, Lincoln Park/ Illinois Center
Lauren is devoted to customer service. She ensures that scheduling and insurance billing run smoothly, verifying patient benefits and confirming upcoming appointments so that our patients can focus on their recovery. Whether she's following up with insurance companies to make sure claims are processed properly or amusing and engaging patients with her daily trivia and Questions of the Day, her friendly and helpful personality is always visible.

Amber Yavitz

Senior Front Office Coordinator, Illinois Center
Amber is the welcoming face at the front desk of the downtown location. Amber is well connected with the staff and members at Lakeshore Sport and Fitness and prides herself in fostering relationships between the club and Lakeshore Physical Therapy. She enjoys yoga and pilates in her free time and is a great resource for vegan recipes!

Kelly Thomsen

Kelly received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2014 and specializes in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. She enjoys working with a variety of patients, with a specific focus on endurance athletes. Kelly focuses her treatments on a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education in order to prevent the re-occurrence of injury. She is trained in video gait analysis and enjoys helping injured patients return to running. In her free time, Kelly enjoys HIIT classes, playing tennis, and traveling.
