Julia is dedicated to empowering her patients through corrective exercise and manual techniques in order to help them return to what they love doing. She strives to educate each patient to achieve an optimal benefit from physical therapy and to progress independently once the PT journey is completed. She is passionate about assisting women who are pregnant and post-partum and is McKenzie (MDT) Certified. Julia received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University. She played Ultimate Frisbee and loves to collaborate with a variety of athletes on their recovery.

Kevin Hill
PT, DPT
Kevin grew up in Columbus, OH and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount St. Joseph University. Through patient education, various manual techniques, and prescribed exercises unique to each individual patient's needs, Kevin's goal is to assist people in leading their happiest, healthiest, and most functional lives. He believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, providing comprehensive health insights to help patients better understand their bodies and remain active across the lifespan. In his free time, Kevin enjoys working out, playing broomball, learning through podcasts, and spending time outdoors whenever possible.

Constance Karwandyar
PT, DPT, OCS
Constance is from Nashville but now considers Chicago home. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University in 2014 and achieved her designation of orthopedic certified specialist in 2017. She feels passionate about empowering her patients with the right knowledge and tools so they may actively participate in their recovery process along the way. Constance values relationships and enjoys getting to know each of her patients personally and create a unique program tailored to their personal goals. As a previous collegiate lacrosse player, she also has a strong interest in return to play rehab and overall injury prevention.

Kate Marconi
PT, DPT
Kate grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. She enjoys working with a variety of patients and focuses on a holistic approach to patient care to avoid re-injury and correct movement dysfunctions. Kate is passionate about creating relationships with patients and helping them reach their personal goals. When she's not working, Kate enjoys trying new restaurants with friends, taking exercise classes, and doing the New York Times crossword puzzle.

Kevin Stiff
PT, DPT
Kevin received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Governors State University in 2021. He enjoys working with all types of patients, especially former or current athletes trying to return to sport. Kevin focuses his treatment on manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to reduce pain, improve function, and prevent future injuries. In his free time, Kevin enjoys playing recreational basketball, going to concerts and music festivals, and traveling.

Ameerah has over 10 years of experience in customer service and the administrative field. She enjoys calendar management and ensures patients feel welcome every time they come through the doors. Ameerah is a Chicago native who in her spare time is a beauty content creator. She also enjoys books, movies, music, and trying new restaurants.

Wren Sweeney
Office Manager, Lincoln Park/Lakeview
Wren is devoted to customer service. They ensure that scheduling and insurance billing run smoothly, verifying patient benefits and confirming upcoming appointments so that our patients can focus on their recovery. Whether they're following up with insurance companies to make sure claims are processed properly or amusing and engaging patients with their daily trivia, their friendly and helpful personality is always visible. In their free time, Wren enjoys biking and crafting.
