About Us
Our Mission
Our bodies never stop changing, so Lakeshore Physical Therapy is a vital ally for our aging patients. Whether you are looking for ways to enhance mobility and balance, to transition to outpatient physical therapy after a joint replacement, or to get back to the activities you love, we are here to empower you in maintaining an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
Our Story
Lakeshore Physical Therapy opened in 2012 with a singular vision: to provide patient-centered physical therapy in a setting that promotes healing and care. Through our one-on-one approach, our therapists can establish the rapport and trust needed to help our patients recover from injury, regain strength after surgery, and address life stage changes with empowerment.
In 2019, Julia Glick and Wren Sweeney proudly took up this mission as their own, and have continued to build a comfortable, recovery-minded environment that helps patients thrive. Together with their team of talented physical therapists and dedicated front office staff, they are excited to provide exceptional care at every step of your health journey.
